I'm a supplement tester, and I take the time to review each product with full honesty. I test supplements for their effectiveness, taste, and side effects. I try out each supplement for at document my findings. I write down when and how much I take of each supplement, as well as any side effects that may occur. I also rate the effectiveness of the supplement on a scale of 1-10 (1 being ineffective and 10 being effective). I am not sponsored or endorsed by any company for full transparency.

Optimum Nutrition: 100% Gold Standard Whey
Ahh good old protein. This is one of the most common supplements known to man. Not only most commonly known, I think everyone and their mother has heard of Optimum Nutrtitons Gold Standard Whey Protein. Doesn't matter if you are a roided out juice head or some 120lb twig, everyone needs a protein supplement. If you are working out you aim for atleast 1g of protein per lb of body weight. What were dealing with here is ON's 100% Whey Protein. This has been the #1 selling supplement on Amazon for years now. They obviously have to being something right and that they are. They offer there protein in over 20 flavors. These flavors taste well whether it is mixed with milk, water, or added to some sort of other kind of drink/food. Their protein offers around 24-26 grams of protein per scoop which in return is 120-140 calories with no added sugar. This stuff blends great, it will completely dissolve in as little as 4 ounces of water to a scoop. This product is a solid 10/10 that is easily affordable for everyone. If you are just starting to lift this is a must have. It is a great supplement to take whether you are trying to put on muscle or trying to shed a few pounds. It doesn't matter if you're a chocolate or a vanilla kind of individual, I have yet to try a bad flavor. If you're one of those that is always trying new things outside of the box, they even have special flavors like Strawberry & Creme or an oldtime favorite the Mocha Cappucino. When you break down the cost savings benefit of a protein powder, it is over HALF THE PRICE of chicken!
